Today, we work, collaborate and interact with people or groups with varied and multiple cultural adherences. Regardless of their field of work, this diversity is found in individual contributors, emerging and senior leaders, as well as the specialists who support them.
Diversity is a source of innovation, growth and performance. It is also a source of complexity. Following years of research, practice and reflection, two colleagues and I decided to provide concrete ideas and tools to better meet this challenge.
In our book, “L’intelligence interculturel au service des coachs” (InterEditions, Paris, 2022), written with six hands from three countries, Verónica de la Fuente, Ghislaine Tamisier and I offer a number of practical case studies. These examples illustrate our point of view and anchor it in the reality of those who work every day in support of leaders, with particular attention to coaches and leaders themselves.
This book will enrich your toolbox and enhance your reflexivity, helping you refine how you work and thrive in an intercultural world. It also includes a comprehensive literature review of intercultural theories, helping you navigate today’s world in all of its rich complexity.

“… you will find the keys to co-create a lot of value with people who are very different from you. This book will also help you to deepen your awareness of your way of being and your cultural biases in your interactions with others. »
