Julie Gouin (she/her)

Associate and Executive Coach

Julie grew up in Ottawa, at the intersection of French and English Canadian cultures, and began her career in international development. Now a learning specialist, entrepreneur, and coach, she has been guiding leaders and teams for over 25 years in a wide range of organizational contexts. Whether in SMEs or large organizations, Julie is known for her ability to transform developmental needs into high-impact, innovative solutions.
